Can't install demo

Hello,
After a bunch of settings, like PHP Memory Limit, “777”, etc. It still doesn’t work and show “ERROR: The directory for the demo packs couldn’t be created.” when I try to install the demo. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks.

I’ve tried “wp-content/themes” and “wp-content/uploads”. It’s not working even I changed permissions for all directories tentatively. Thanks.

Have you done it recursively to the child directories of the ones you mentioned? Would you mind sending me your site access details in a private reply so I can take a look? What demo are you trying to import?
