hi guys, i’m really sorry for this ticket, but i tried to install the flatbase template in all the way (wp upload, zip ftp upload, folders ftp upload, with and without child) that i know, but i always get “Contact support” at the end.

i don’t really know what i can do to fix this, and i really have few log to debug on my hosting, so i ask you if you may help me to install flatbase on my wp.

Would you please send us a screenshot of the message you get? The theme should be installing over WordPress without any type of problem.

Thank you for the follow-up and the screenshot. I have never seen such a thing within WordPress.

What hosting are you currently on? Have you contacted them? Are you trying to install the theme via the “Appearance > Themes” section of your site? Have you tried installing the theme via FTP?

I’m currently on a2 hosting, yep i tried to install in all the way that i know 🙂

I installed an hundred or more themes in my life, and i really don’t know how to fix this problem.

Can i have a refund on themeforest? Do you have a guy that want to try to install on my hosting? I may provide you credentials to test!

i have restored the default template through db, try right now by yourself and let me know

Thanks for the follow-up.

I’ve tried activating even the default themes for WordPress and they weren’t working, that’s why I am asking for your hosting plan. This theme has been uploaded and used more than 1200+ times and never produced any server related problem.
