Can't update Flatbase because it was purchased through ThemeForest

In the Flatbase update manager, it says that if you purchased the theme through Themeforest, you should email the NiceThemes support email to get the update files. Well, I did that and I came back to work after the weekend to find a delivery error from Gmail saying the email you provided does not exist.
Please help me get the update files we need. It’s pretty strange that I have to post this inquiry in a public forum where it will probably go unread.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Your purchase was made 4 years ago (in 2016) via ThemeForest. At that time the auto-update functionality wasn’t developed yet. What you need to do is get the files from your “Account page” (if you hadn’t yet).
To do that, you’ll need to register your ThemeForest purchase, here: https://nicethemes.com/dashboard/themeforest/
Once you register your purchase, you’ll have access to your license key, and once you update the theme files you’ll be able to input the license key to have access to automatic updates.
