Thank you for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well.
It seems that your site has a JavaScript conflict in the admin that is preventing the theme options page to work correctly. This is due to a conflict with other’s plugin JavaScript or triggered by them. If you test the theme by itself with your version of WordPress it is working.
Apparently, the plugin would be “Insert post ads”.
Please, submit a refund request: http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new – So we can get rid of the negative review, which wasn’t the theme fault.
Best,

Juan.chiragmjoshi August 11, 2020 at 2:45 pmAlso, I wish to hide subcategory from the home page.. how I can do that?
Juanfra Aldasoro August 11, 2020 at 8:48 pmHello,
No, you could use a shortcode in the home page content, and then use [content] on that option.
The home page will list all the categories by default, with the subcategories and all the articles linked to that branch. If you want to hide the subcategories, you can add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/juanfra/48b94d29d423df816e76c3d3c2d46296

Juan.chiragmjoshi August 11, 2020 at 8:53 pmThanks, If I wish to display the sub-categories under the main categories than what changes I have to make?
Juanfra Aldasoro August 11, 2020 at 8:56 pmIf you wish to display the subcategories you should use the theme by default. If you want to take them out, add the code I just sent you.
chiragmjoshi August 13, 2020 at 8:25 pmThanks, if I wish to hide posts from the home page. please suggest what changes I have to do?
Juanfra Aldasoro August 15, 2020 at 3:44 pmHello,
Thank you for the follow up.
Please have in mind that we provide only support to customers, meaning that after refund requests were processed we are no longer able to give support. We also have a policy of providing support, where customizations are not part of: https://nicethemes.com/article/support-vs-customizations-2/
If you want to hide posts from the home page you could possibly do that with custom CSS or a custom script.
Best,
Juan.
