Thank you so much for taking care of my previous question so well.

As captioned matter. when I fill out the ‘contact form’ on the ‘Contact’ page and try to submit it. it doesn’t proceed anymore nor work, instead, it shows me blank white page.

Help me please? 🙂

1. No error message shown, just blank white page. my page is http://www.villaguerrero.co.kr ) possibly, you might want to test the contact form by yourself, too.

2. plug ins that are being used(installed) ;

akismet : currently not activated
Disqus Comment System : activated
Fancy box : activated
Google Analytics : activated

Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.

The fancybox scripts are already part of the theme, so I think that can be causing a js conflict and making the form to break. I would be taking that as the first possible problem. Have you tried deactivating that plugin?

Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.

The only way to track the emails is by getting emails in your inbox.

With regards to that error, it seems that the server you’re trying to send an email to is rejecting the email. Let’s say you’re trying to send an email from the site to an account @hotmail.com, if hotmail.com has your server on a blacklist, then it will reject the email. That has to do with servers and configuration. I’d recommend you to contact your hosting provider.
