Demo files please

Ho folks. I would like to make my BBQ site look exactly like your Demo site. Are you able to help me?
I have read others are asking for a copy of the demo.xml file – I suppose that is what I would need? Could you give me a bit of guidance as to what I need to do with the file to load it too.
