Directory for the demo pack error. (not chmod nor requirements)

    We can’t install the demo package. There is an error: “ERROR: The directory for the demo packs couldn’t be created. Reload this page.”.
    All the requirements are met and chmod privileges are set propperly (uploads folder).
    Could you tell us what else can be done to fix it?

    Demo: Software

    Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

    Regarding the folder permissions, does the server user has permissions to create directories inside the uploads folder? What are the permissions you have set for the different folders?

    Yes it have.

    We tried permissions 775 and even 777 for uploads, themes and plugins with no results.

    Did you set that recursive to all the inner directories? Would you mind if I go to your site and try to do it myself?
