As you can see in the homepage, there is a little white space just above the slider, when we insert the slider in the topmost row while the navigation bar’s background is invisible. I used chrome’s dev tools to inspect it and found that there is a “before” selector for which there is a 13px height. Please give a solution for this bug.
Juanfra Aldasoro August 13, 2017 at 9:55 amHi,
Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
Would you please send me your site access details in a private reply so I can take a look at your page configuration? That way we’ll be able to determine if it’s a bug or if it has to do with your website configuration.
In the meantime you can solve it by adding the following custom CSS:
body.uses-vc #header + #container #content > article > .entry > .page-content > .vc_row:first-child:before { height: 0 !important; }

Juan.atamizio August 14, 2017 at 2:34 pmHi, the code you provided did the job. Thanks.
And I would like to know if that would cause any new problems?
And will you be pushing any new updates fixing this issue?P.S. I didn’t make any changes. Its freshly imported demo content, for which i added a slider.
Regards
Aliatamizio August 14, 2017 at 2:46 pmHi,
I was trying to import the demo content into the site both automatically and manually. Both didn’t work even though I managed to change all the necessary settings in the server. So finally I downloaded the xml and the theme options json and imported into the local site which i setup with xampp in which i easily changed all the settings using the php.ini. And then i uploaded all of that to the live server and imported the local database. voila! done.
I want to know if this might have caused any problems to the site?
Juanfra Aldasoro August 14, 2017 at 5:28 pmHi Ali,
Thank you for the follow-up.
It would be really helpful if you can send us your website access details so we can take a look at the page configuration and check what’s the main reason of that problem. It may be a setting or it can be a bug, the only way we can check that out is by seeing your website and page settings. The coded we provided shouldn’t bring you any trouble, it’s pretty specific to your problem.
With regards to the way you have imported the contents, there shouldn’t be any problem with that.
Best,

Thanks for the follow-up. If it’s a bug we’ll be fixing it, I’ll be checking your site to determine that.
Have a nice day,
