Hi Juan,
It seems like I’ve figured it out mostly now.
Except for formatting the explanation text under menu items.
(putting paragraph break and changing color, introducing italic ect.)
Could you help me with that?

Hi Isik,

That text is displayed using the excerpt function, that’s why you can’t format it. To change that you’ll need to modify several templates.

You need to go to the files:

template-menu.php
template-menu-list.php
taxonomy-menu-category.php

And edit every appearance of nice_excerpt();, replacing that with the_content();
