Hi,
I bought the renew support in Themeforest, then I activated the licence in my webpage, and I see now as if the theme would’ve been updated automatically but i didn’t do anything, just registered it.
The thing is, I wanted to update the theme because the one I have is outdated and I have problems in Safari browsers,
Help,
Regards.
Juanfra Aldasoro May 22, 2019 at 1:20 pmHi,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well.
I visited your site and you’re running the latest version of Smart.

Juanlbsenergy May 27, 2019 at 6:10 pmOk, thanks but I still have the problem with iOS from iPhone,
I wrote you that the problem was with Safari, but I checked it on Chrome and it also doesn´t work well there.The elements overlap,
I tried with this code I saw in the forum as a custom css, but it dint’t fix it,
@media all and (max-width: 767px) {
.nice_row-inner, .vc_inner, .row-inner {
display: block;
}
.background-inner:empty {
display: initial !important;
}

Thank you for the follow-up.
Would you please share a link to a page where that is happening?

Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro May 31, 2019 at 1:27 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
I visited the site and I don’t see major issues according to the layout. Would you please send me a screenshot specifying where’s the problem?

The text overlaps, but it happens just on iPhones. 🙁
Juanfra Aldasoro June 5, 2019 at 8:02 pmHi,
Thanks for the follow-up and sorry for the delay in responding.
I’ve been trying to reproduce that locally without luck. It seems that it could be a compatibility issue with a plugin. Have you tried deactivating the rest of the plugins to see if some of their styles are affecting this?
Best,
Juan.lbsenergy June 9, 2019 at 5:53 amHi, yes I’ve tried:
– Deactivating all plugins, except the necessary ones.
– Checking on different iPhones (Safari and Chrome in all cases).
– Upgrading WordPress and all the plugins.
– Adding the CSS code I found in the Niche Themes forum for safari problems.
– I’ve installed the theme in another hosting and I see the same issue.

Thank you for the follow-up.
Unfortunately we’re unable to reproduce the issue you have when trying to create the layout you have. Would you please send us a copy of your site via duplicator so we can test it out in a local site?

Juan.lbsenergy June 15, 2019 at 1:56 pmPlease, let me know if you need something else to check the issue.
Juanfra Aldasoro June 17, 2019 at 8:52 pmHi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
We’ve tested it locally and it seems that your site config was making the main stylesheet be included after the custom styles, so the ones you put weren’t actually taking place.
I’ve added them to the child theme stylesheet and now the problem should be resolved.

Juan.lbsenergy June 19, 2019 at 5:08 amHi,
I got another problem,
I tried to make a page (landing page) hiding the header and the footer with the Smart Child Settings, but I got a big white space on mobiles at the top of the page as a result,
This is the link where you can see the issue: http://lbsenergy.com/no-headers-test
