Greetings,

I purchased the Paeon theme through ThemeForest and everything worked as a charm so far, but I have the following problem.

When adding a featured image to a Service post through the Services menu in the back-end, everything looks fine, but on the front-end most of the time no image is displayed.

I am using Paeon version 1.1.0 on WP 4.1.

I can see the link of your site, you’ve shared it with the support team (it is an IP number, right?)

With regards to the featured images, I can see some of them, and it is not acting randomly. Would you please describe me an example so I can replicate it in order to see what could be happening?

Also, would you be so kind of sending me your site access details so I can take a look at how you filled out the services form?

Thank you for your quick reply.
Indeed, the address is just an ip, we will switch to a domain once everything is in place.

The problem does not seem to occur when uploading photos that we taken by my client using a camera, but it happens almost all of the time with images downloaded from the internet.

Please tell me how I can send you the login details, so that you can see the problem yourself.

Thanks for sharing your site details with us.

I can see that the problem is related to the name of the files that you are using. They have greek characters in their names and the image functions can’t interpret that. For example: Στενώματα-Ουρήθρας.gif
