Hello there,

I’ve just activated my theme and when trying to set up the slider I cannot see the images in the website. I see them on the backend but not in the site.

Can you help me with this?

Hi thedude,

This is often caused by the cache folder permission. On your theme files, there’s a cache folder. Try to change the folder file permission to 755 or 777 and reload your site.

To change file permission, connect to your server with a FTP software like Filezilla or CyberDuck. Then right click on that folder (cache), select ‘Properties’ or ‘Get Info’ and then you’ll be able to change it.
