Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

The Info Boxes size are really dependant to the image size you use for all of them. I’d recommend you to try two things.

First, (and only if you want to have your site images cropped) go to “Theme Options > Images” and make sure that the “Image Cropping” option is checked. Save Options. If needed, regenerate thumbnails (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/)

Second option: Work with the images you have for the info boxes so they all have the same size, re upload them and re-assign them.
