Knowledge Base segment suddenly stoped displaying

Hi, all of a sudden the segment with KB articles stoped showing up on flatbase homepage.
I’ve checked all the settings and can’t figure out what happen and how to fix it.

Have you modified the home options? Please go to Theme Options > Home Options > Home Page Sections and be sure you have [knowledgebase]

It seems that your articles are not assigned to any category. You’ll need to assign them in order to see them in the home page.

They are being deleted right after I create them.
How to replicate issue:
1. Create new Category either from category editor or within article page
2. Refresh the page
Created categories will disappear.Screenshots here:

sergeybulychev September 9, 2019 at 11:27 amHey, I found out what caused the problem: the plugin “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order” which you’ve recommenced. When I disabled it – everything is fine again.

Thank you for the follow-up. Have you configured the plugin to use the custom taxonomies we have for article categories? If yes, they might have updated the plugin breaking the compatibility and ideally you could try other one.
