License Key

The license Key that i am using generates “this has already been registered” However the documentation provided on your site showing my profile says that the key is expired – i purchased new from ENVATO showing that i have Support now valid until 15 Sep 2021 – I am unable to edit the menus, it keeps throwing up a firewall issue. Is this something that outside of the theme?

Is this happening when you try to get the license key, using the envato purchase code?
Can you please share the code and keys that you’re using, in a private reply?
