I’m an independent developer working with stoupbrewing.com and the company can’t find their account information. Is it possible to do a lookup based on the domain name associated with the theme they purchased and initiate a password reset email that way? Or just associate this account with that theme? The ultimate goal being to update the theme version on their site.

There are no accounts associated to that email. Perhaps you’ve purchased the theme via ThemeForest.net?
