Hi guys!
Yesterday I bought from Envato your nice Flatbase theme and I have it installed on my web, but the preview isn’t any similar that the template that I want to use, sadly!

I have a Business account in WordPress.com, (www.flyrsupport.com) this means I can upload custom themes and do anything. But for some reason, I can’t have the same result, adding widgets and moving around settings > And I really need to set up my page this week, just with the same result that the template I bought!

There is a way to install the same design that I saw on your website?

I’ve visited your site and saw that you were able to import the demo.

Please have in mind that the theme is not designed for WordPress.com, it is designed and developed to work in any install of WordPress.org (the platform). You can read more about the difference between .com and .org here: https://ithemes.com/tutorials/wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org/
