I am building locally but can upload if needed. What I am trying to figure out is how to move elements around. In particular the navigation. I want to actually make a navbar that has a width of 100% and the links will be on the left/top.

I do not mind (actually prefer) to code w/in php/css. However, even after using the built in tools I do not see where this is an option.

I then started using the inspect tool with firefox/chrome. However, it only moves within the “contianer” <= generic term here.

What I am ultimately asking, is how can I move the elements outside of the assigned containers. Once I see how this is completed I should be able to make almost all changes from there. How can I move items around and place where appropriate?

I should point out, I am using a child-theme and using custom.css and custom.js to add and modify.

I have made some headway (pretty sure it is a hackey way), however, so far so good. I am still in need of some support. Just keeping this ticket updated.
