Hi,

I would like to have various different menus including Main menu, childrens menu, drinks menu, that all appear on their own page when clicked from the main navigation menu at the top of the page. I.e. have a menu option that says ‘All Menus’ and when the mouse is on it, it shows main Menu, Childrens Menu etc.

I’ve setup food menu catergories with sub categories as below:

Childrens Menu
– Starters
– Mains
– Desserts

Earlybird Menu
– Starters
– Mains
– Desserts

Earlybird Menu
Main Menu
– Starters
– Mains
– Desserts

I would like them to appear on a drop down menu called ‘All Menus’ from the main menu across the top of the homepage. I tried setting this up in menu naviagtion as well as other menu option that I would like to be at the top of the page such as ‘All Menus’ and ‘Gallery’ etc. All I get is the single level menu options of All Menus etc and can’t get any sub menus to show when hovering the mouse. What am I doing wrong?

Also I’ve setup a contact us page using the contact template, but it does not have the gooogle map or layout on the demo, how do I do this?

Hello Rob,

Thanks for writing. All you need to do is create a navigation menu and assign it to the appropriate menu location. You can read this article on how to set up navigation menus, and hierarchies here: http://nicethemes.com/article/setting-navigation-menu/

Have in mind that if you don’t get to see the food menu categories items in the navigation menu form, you may need to add it by clicking the “Screen options” button on the top right part of the screen. Once you toggle that option, you’ll be able to choose what to display in the form.

Regarding the contact us page, you can put the google maps embed code in the options panel, on the “Contact” options section. In your WordPress site dashboard, go to NiceThemes > Theme Options. And then look for the Contact tab.
