Need help adding youtube video

Hi,
Love the theme, but, I cant figure out how to embed youtube videos into posts or pages, and also can i add video to the info boxes?

Hi There,
To insert a video in the posts or pages you need to add the embed code you get from youtube into the content. Take into account you need to add that code in the editor having the “Text” mode on.
It is not possible to add videos to the infoboxes.
