I am running an old version of WordPress and have not upgraded it because I am unsure what it will change with my current theme. The site itself is working fine but we just wanted a more modern theme with more opportunities to showcase menu items + one that was more responsive. Your BBQ theme seemed to be a great fit. We purchased it the other day and installed it but I am unable to preview it. I get the following error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/hubba3/public_html/wp-content/themes/bbq/engine/admin/media.php on line 263
For reference, this is line 263 in the media.php file.
$thumb_id = get_post_thumbnail_id( array_shift( array_values( $attachments ) )->ID );
I am unsure what to do to fix this so I can even preview the theme and I certainly am unsure about activating it. What do I need to look at? I do not want to give you access to the site until I know if there is something I need to look at on the site or if it is an error in the code of your theme. Thank you!
Juanfra Aldasoro March 9, 2015 at 8:01 pmHi,
Thanks for writing and thank you for your purchase.
What version of WordPress are you running?
If you can send me your access details to support@nicethemes.com it would be better. That way I would be able to take a look and see if it is related to your current site configuration or the theme.
Best,
Juan.
