Hi,

We have used the Flatbase theme for a local intranet site, for the company where I am employed.

I am experiencing a PHP Fatal error.

I would like to upload the debug log file, but perhaps this is possible after I create the ticket.

I didn’t get the message with the log. Can you please copy and paste the fatal you are getting? And also, please share your server settings with us. (PHP version, etc).

I have checked our setup and we are running a 7.2.

I read on a forum, that you could enable MySQLi.

I tried it and it fixed it. I can acces the site front and backend

I am just wondering if this is a quick fix and it will come back later.

Is there anything I should be doing to prevent further errors related to this?

I just found that, when I try to update the plugins I get an error.

Update failed: Download failed. No working transports found.

Actually these problems are related to your server configuration rather than the theme. Thanks for sharing your updates. I´m happy it is working now.
