It seems that you cannot do that because of the user permissions. Please check that the theme directory has enough permissions in order to be able to create directories. You could contact your hosting provider to ask them more about the permissions of the account user, and how to change them.

Hi Jan-Paul,

Yes, you can always get the zip (it’ll have the latest theme and framework version) and upload it directly. The framework is located in the folder named “engine”.

I highly recommend that if you’re going to make it manually, you do a backup first.
