Renew Flatbase Theme

Hello,
I am using the Flatbase theme that I previously purchased and installed on a different website and moving it to a new website since the old website is no longer used. However, it states that my license key is inactive and your links to renew it don’t work.
The old license was f9f72e13824727fc8770aa034c832a93.

Hi Joe,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.
Have you tried moving the license directly from one site to the other? The renewal you’ve purchased via themeforest is only for support renewal, the theme license is the one you should be using.
Can you share the URLs that you’re trying to use? Please do it in a private reply.
