We updated the NiceFramework, but now we can’t update our theme to a compatible version and are stuck on Flatbase 1.0.9 – can we at least update to 1.1.1 to have compatibility. Also, I was not aware bought a limited license!? – has it always been like this?

Hi,
Thank you for writing. I hope you’re doing well.
Would you please try with the ZIP you get on your account dashboard? That would be (making a backup of what you currently have on your site) and then replacing the folder /wp-content/themes/flatbase/ with the contents you get from the ZIP.
The support license has an expiration.
