Scroll to id problem

Hi there 🙂
I’m using smart theme and i have a situation with the scroll to id plug in, wich was already installed in the time of the installation
I have a menu composed by 4 elements: 3 of them are page jumps and 1 of them is another page.
When i’m on the other page (not homepage) the other 3 elements (page jumps) don’t work properly.
On Appearence > Menus i’ve already tried adding instead of just the #id (just the #id doesn’t link) the whole adress http://www.mysite.com/#id but it goes to the top of the homepage and it doesn’t scroll automatically, and if i click on the menu again it starts loading the page again and doesn’t stop.
Additionally, i’ve tried this method with the css classes on the menu
and also the Link Relationship (XFN) with the code m_PageScroll2id but it still doesn’t work
I appreciate the attention
Kind Regards,

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
What version of the theme are you using?
The theme already comes with a scroll to id functionality, so there shouldn’t be required to install any new plugin.

Thanks for the follow-up.
That’s because you use a menu with IDs on a page where those IDs are not present. I’d recommend you to create two menus. One for the home page, and another one for the rest of the pages. Then when editing the home page, in the “Smart Settings” you can select to use the home menu, with the IDs.
