Scrolling does not work anymore

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today I encountered something weird in the website.
Scrolling in chrome does not work anymore. How is this possible. It always worked, but now all of a sudden it doesn’t.
Am I being hacked? Or what is this?Could you maybe take a look and help me?

I hope you are doing well.
Chrome changed how their browser interprets some things on version 61 and that was causing some strange behavior in the scrolling. We released a version of Smart on the 20th of September to fix this. You can find more information on the changelog. http://updates.nicethemes.com/themes/smart/changelog.txt
Please update Smart to the latest version to solve the scrolling issue in Chrome.

Aa I see. Well, I tried to update my smart theme but when I enter my license key it says: “License keys do not match.”
My license key is: 5b0f588b-db45-40a2-9a35-c486582b712e
What could be the problem?

The problem is that you are using the Envato Purchase Key, and not the license key. To get the license key for your purchase you need to enter your Envato/ThemeForest code on this page. https://nicethemes.com/dashboard/themeforest/
Your purchase will be automatically validated, and you will be given your license key right the way.
Note that, since ThemeForest will give you a purchase code for each theme you buy, you will need to validate all of them this way to obtain a different license key for each one.

Thanks for the follow-up.
It means that you already have done the product registration on NiceThemes, now you need to go to https://nicethemes.com/dashboard/orders/ and click over: “View Licenses” to get the license.

Smart 1.0.2.4And still the scrolling is not working.

I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.
Chrome saves a cached copy of the stylesheet, which will make you think that the changes didn’t work, but you actually need to hard reload the site to force Chrome to use the new stylesheets (where the fixes were included).
