Seems to take down our entire site

We are able to install your theme but when I try to install a customization (in particular it’s called startup) it seems to take down our entire site cpanel everything.

I changed all of the variables in the php.ini file as per this article:
Server Requirements
The only two I can’t figure out how to change is:
PHP Remote GET: Enabled
Xdebug: Disabled
My site remains down.

Hi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
PHP remote get could be something that you want to ask your hosting provider to change or check if it’s enabled/disabled.
If you check your error log do you get to see any reason why the site could be down?
