Hi there! I just have a quick question about the slider images… Are they server side or client side stored? Are they individually pulled from the server as they’re displayed or are they all downloaded at once when the page is downloaded?

I’m just wondering what effect the quantity or size of slider images has on the load speed of the page. If I have 8-9 images there, will it slow down the page load for the end user?

Thanks for writing and for your kind words.

The images are stored in the server. They’re rendered when the visitor loads the website. The speed will actually depend on the server capacity. It’s probable that the site will take longer to load if you use 8 images than if you use 3, but I’m sure it’s not nothing significant with the speeds that servers manage these days.
