Good morning, I am wondering if you can give an example of a testimonial short code for a specific testimony in the smart theme?

I read the article https://nicethemes.com/documentation/nice-testimonials/

and find it confusing, there is also no Numeric ID found in each testimony in the WP Back end.

If there is, where can I find it and also how is the short code written (example please).
