I updated to the latest version of the BBQ theme but now I cannot access the theme options to make changes…. the wp-admin page seems to load by the content area is blank.

It seems that the update didn’t went correctly. I’ll recommend you to make a backup of the files you have right now, download the zip for BBQ in your account and put the files in /wp-content/themes/bbq/

I am also getting alert that says “Nice Framework 2.0.9.1 is available” so wondering if that has something to do with it. But of course b/c none of the theme options or updates pages load I cannot get to it. Is there a general weblink you can provide for this?

I downloaded the theme zip directly from your site. I cannot download the nice framework update as this is only available to me in the WP admin which won’t load

The latest zip (the one on the site) should contain the latest version of the framework in it. Can you share your site FTP access details in a private reply so I can check which files are you missing?

It seems that there’s some plugin causing a conflict with the theme. Would you have a staging site to test deactivating plugins one by one and see which one is causing the problem?
