From what I can see the timthumb script (which resizes the images for use in the slider) is ignoring the IP address at the start of the url for the missing images.
The error code I’m getting is this:
file not found salleamanger.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/603887_538133629560556_1886158790_n11.jpg
Even though the url that is actually passes is the correct one:Which resolves correctly in a browser window.
I have tested this theme and images/resizing on another domain and no problems.
I cannot get this temporary url changed without a fee, so hoping I can get another solution..
Thanks. Like your work.
Juanfra Aldasoro March 5, 2013 at 2:54 pmHello There,
Thanks for writing 🙂
These problems are often caused because of filer/directories permissions. The timthumb script needs to have the /cache/ directory over the /bbq/ theme folder to be writeable in order to create files. Have you checked this?

Juan.elthecool March 5, 2013 at 3:23 pmThanks for replying
The permissions for these folders are all set the same as on another domain where the images link successfully. cache 777 and bbq 755
Sorry, forgot to mention that.
Would you like the FTP details?

Thanks for sharing your server details with me. I went through your server and did all the basic troubleshooting regarding timthumb script. I was wondering, if maybe, this server is able to run this script, if it has all the php libraries that it need.
Can you ask your hosting provider about it?
Best,
Juan.
