Twitter widget

Hi,
I´m trying to add the details to the twitter widget of the theme, but when I hit Save, after inserting the tokens and that, the wheel keeps spinning and the widget can’t manage to save the details. Can you help me with this?

Would you please send us your WordPress access details in a private reply so I can take a look?
Also, if you already have the keys and other info for the widget twitter, please send them so we can use them too to configure the widget.
