When I Scroll Down The Page Changes

On the contact page and knowledge base page as you scroll down the page changes. Please fix this. It should stay the same.

Hi,
Thank you for writing, I hope you are doing well.
It seems that there’s an issue with the header disappearing effect and the size of your logo.
Would you please try replacing the file /flatbase/includes/assets/js/nice-general.js with this new one? https://cloudup.com/cB4RDL9PTD3
That should fix the problem.
