Scroll bug in your theme

Hi guys,
I have a problem with two websites. The scrolling isn’t working and i think there is no coincidence that I am using your theme for both sites and having the same problem. the login data works for both sides.
Also, i couldn’t add the purchase code for the elkehorner website (it says that’s already in use) but i know, that i bought the theme for that site and that this site must use it. Not another.

Can you please try to include the following custom CSS:

Thanks for your response. I’ve just visited your site on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and the scrolling was working well there.
What OS are you on? Is this happening on mobile or desktop?
