Anyway to change the order of the portfolio items?

Is there anyway to change the order in which the portfolio thumbnails appear (or to reorder the portfolio posts?) on the homepage and the other pages that are set up as portfolio template?

Hello Tim,
At the moment there’s no available option for that on the theme options panel. This week we’ll be updating that and some other issues for Folly.
