Hi Don,
Is your WordPress sending emails? For example the one of “I forgot my password” or any of those? You can try using some SMTP plugins. And please also check that they didn’t hit your spam folder.
With regards to the other two questions. I can’t see any HTML in the “call now” section, is that still happening?
And finally, the gravatar in the staff page. Do you mean the one in the footer? I see that’s the same size as the other pages.
