I am needing to figure out how to create and set our homepage for this theme to be one that is a login page. We do not want a search function to be the the first thing that is seen.

Also, we are utilizing WishList for logins.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for writing, I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t come with such functionality, we consider that as plugin territory.

Perhaps you can try to use a plugin to restrict access to logged in users only by using a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/restricted-site-access/

Thank you so much Juan for your reply and suggestion. Our biggest request is that our homepage does not display the articles or article categories. Is this possible with the theme?

Well, if you install a plugin like the one suggested, only the logged in users will have access to the homepage with the list of articles.

Unfortunately there’s no option to completely hide that section from the home page, because it was meant to be a knowledge base/wiki theme, and the idea is to list the articles in the home page.

You can always use another template for the home page of your site without using the home page template, or you can modify the default “Home Page” template, by creating a child theme.
