Thanks for writing. Whenever you need to check the css classes in order to customize your theme, I recommend you to install the “Firebug” extension in Chrome of Firefox(http://getfirebug.com/). We can’t provide customization support for our themes.

For the testimonials section: #footer .testimonials{ background: #your-hex-color; }

For the footer: #footer{ background: #your-hex-color; }
