Demo content import goes wrong

Hi,
Sorry to bother you, I’m quite a beginner in wordpress.
I’ve tried to install demo content for helping me with the Smart theme.
But whatever the demo picked : “Something went wrong. Please Reload this page and check that you meet the requirements.”I meet all the requirements (everything is ticked) and my theme is recognized and registered.
Could you help me with that basic failure ?
(I’m far from a full new well designed website !)Regards

Thank you for writing, I hope you are doing well.
That might be related then to your hosting, would you please tell me what hosting company are you currently using?
There’s a big chance they have the mod_security module for apache configured, so your website won’t be able to make remote requests (which are needed for requesting the images and different configuration files the importer uses). Can you ask your hosting provider about this?
