FAQ tag cloud widget

I added the tag cloud widget in the FAQ sidebar and entered FAQ’s with tags, but no tags show up. Any tips?

Hello,
Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
I’ve been through your website and saw that you configured the tag cloud widget with the tags for posts and not articles. I’ve modified that from the select input and I now see a list of tags.
