Is there any way to categories the FAQs? I need to be able to create custom Questions and Answers that fall under a specific category/product.

Hi,
Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
Unfortunately the FAQs are not linked to any taxonomy (tag/category) so there’s no easy way for them to be separated into different sections. Perhaps using a regular page, with titles can be a solution in this particular case.
