Footer menu not clickable

We’ve done a customized Paeon theme for http://asggutterinc.com/. While everything seems to work fine, we are bothered by the issue that the links in the footer navigation menus are not clickable. When you hover it, the menus treats them as plain text, and don’t show up as hyperlinks when they should be.
Anything to resolve this? Thanks.
