Gallery on WordPress 5

Hi,
I’m tryng to put new photos into the gallery but no way, maybe your system doesn’t work with WordPress 5. Please use the login and password I gave to you and check the gallery template in my website, it could be in conflict with some my modifications. Please send screenshots to help me.

The access details you shared are not working. What problem are you having when trying to use the gallery? Are you using the classic editor?
