Hamburger menu doesn't work

When I resize my browser or view on mobile, the little hamburger menu at the top doesn’t work at all.
I’ve disabled all plugins to figure out if this was the issue, and the problem still continued.
I can’t really disable plugins for any amount of time – this is not content that I can just leave open and unprotected. By all means turn them off and on, but I can’t just leave iMember360 disabled.
