Image Full Size and Responsive

When I post an image on the page via add media button the image is cut off on the sides. Is there any way to have the image display full width and be responsive as the page gets smaller?

Where are you uploading the image? In an article? post? would you please give us a bit more of details so we can recreate the issue?
