Item not working

Hi, I have purchased your flatbase knowledgebase system. Item Purchase Code: 19ac6b25-6d08-46a9-810f-d9ae15fca7ee. I’m trying to install this on my website but whenever I upload the zip files it says “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found”. Can you help me fix this issue?

How is that you’re trying to install the theme into your website? Via the Appearance > Themes screen in your WordPress site?
