Legacy issues – Flatbase / Help Desk

Hello,
I am using the latest WordPress and have the following issues:
1. Cannot edit social widget – show/hide social icons, widget is in legacy mode and is broken (cannot edit widgets).
3. The form for comments doesn’t have a captcha (Live preview has it – math task)
4. Cannot edit footer – 3rd row. It is probably related to the “cannot edit legacy widgets”.

2. Call to action, how to hide it in the WP.
