Purchased extended support but can’t access update

  • We purchased extended support through Envato on August 17 but can’t access the Paeon or Nice Themes updates. It states that the license has expired. Please update your system and provide us with access to the updates. The invoice info is below:

    We have records of your purchase made on August 25, 2015. Today is 17th of November of 2017.

    You can download the files directly from Themeforest, where you have made the purchase, by going to your “Downloads” section.
