Random Defaulting to Powered By WordPress Theme

Hello!
My theme seems to randomly not load depending on the page I click when viewing via desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Instead of my Nice Themes Flatbase site I get some type of plain white and blue default WordPress template.
At the bottom of each page is a “View Full Site” hyperlink and “Proudly powered by WordPress” hyperlink.
I have screenshots I would be happy to share.
Please advise why this is happening, it’s quite ugly and hurts UX
